Shipping Policies
Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more, delivered in the continental USA. Orders placed via phone, mail, or fax also receive free shipping if the order is over $50.00.
Most orders are shipped within one or two business days through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Large items may have longer delivery time.
For orders outside the continental USA, please call us at 877-777-3010 or email info@pacificpediatricsupply.com with your order and address for a shipping quote.
Return Policies
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To make a return, please follow these easy steps within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging.
1) Request a Return Authorization Number from info@pacificpediatricsupply or call us at 877-777-3010. Briefly describe why you are returning the item(s) to help us track any issues.
2) Please ship the item(s) to the address below, properly packed to arrived in good condition. Include your name, address, and authorization number on the outside of the box.
3) We refund your purchase once we receive the item in good, saleable condition.
