PRIVACY POLICY

Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of purchase. All equipment will wear with use, and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for repair or replacement. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been damaged by water, sun, or accidents or that have been neglected, altered, or abused for any purpose other than the one for which they were manufactured.

This warranty does not apply to any repairs by customer or any party without Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC written authorization, or used in any manner inconsistent with Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC instructions. Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC's entire obligation under this warranty shall be limited (at Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC's option) to the repair or replacement of any products that prove to be defective within the warranty period.

Defective products must be returned by customer to Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC—transportation prepaid. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item for shipment back to Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC. We will pay return shipping charges on defective products only. All other returned items and shipping must be paid for by the customer. This warranty is expressly granted in lieu of all other warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage, whether direct or indirect, and under no circumstances will its liability exceed the purchase price for defective products.

If any service should be necessary, send the product with a description of the claimed defect to the distributor from whom the product was purchased. In the event that you are unable to locate the distributor, you may send the product to the address listed below. Any part or parts which, upon examination by Pacific Pediatric Supply LLC, are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced without charge during the warranty period. Information Collection & Use
